700 you could probably get a second hand ibanez gio or maybe the ibanez starterpack..
if you want to learn electric first, by all means do so. the myth in my opinion is total bs

tried googling bout this 2 brands and there's many models to choose from...

still total clueless bout guitar prices out thr

and with my budget i hope to get an amp as well

urmm....based on my experience,ive owned d washburn nuno bttencourt signature n1(price around rm600+),n bc rich beast(u can get 2nd hand 4 around 700),both are them are pretty gud 4 d price. smile.gif

Can try window shop at bentley opposite Tesco damansara or search in garage sales section. Someone is selling SX package which fits your budget.

hmm ok....but if i were to get them thn my budget would be over a bit as i have to add an amp probably arnd rm200+/-

what u think bout ibanez or squeir strat?

the sound they produce r pretty same.d only thing dat u need to think of is d outlook laugh.gif
get the GRG121EXJ.hehe.it looks more ganaz+neat with the pickup cover.
