bro.. i think i have the same problem b4 this,because im using xp sp3 also.. but i managed to update my firmware... u dont use nokia software updater itself... u try to use nokia software updater inside the pc suite... can u connect using usb cable into pc suite? if u can, maybe u can update ur firmware.. gudluck!!

i just find out that my earphone is from creative product EP-630, before this my dad buy new dell laptop n recev this free give earphone.. he never use it, then i took it and used it as my personal belongings..haha .. this is the picture..

really enjoy listening using this earplug earphone... [noise isolation earphone]

erm i want to ask u all that if my phone the express music that button on the top right side one, with the white colour light one, when i look from down there towards up, i can see the white light near the battery bar there. Izzit normal? When i holding the phone, i will not see the light from bottom there..

can someone elaborate this a little? I thought Garmin is one time pay thing...
