I had that problem like early March.
I did resets and all it didn't work

I don't think it's the screen protector because I didn't have the screen protector on when it started to happen.
I just woke up one morning and this thing happen.

I just sent it to the Nokia Care Center, and they're fixing it.
Just tell them the problem. Waiting for them to tell me when they're done.

I've got a problem on my 5800... The certificate error problem... i've tried every single method to solve tis prob... but then still failed... my fw...version is v20.0.012... Anyone can help please PM me to teach me... Thx lotx ya =)...

ive had that problem 2 i just removed my casing, and its back to normal

bro..its touch panel problem..

need to replace.send ur tube to NCC a.s.a.p before it become more worse..

my tube already 4 times in and out to NCC here..so suck.

1) touch panel problem..
2)LCD problem..when u unlock ur phone, the screen show many vertical color.

i hope, my mainboard will be change soon before warranty void. (so worried..hopefully not)

i have problem #2 there.
now i have to restart my phone every times so that I'm able to read the screen if not the LCD will show vertical colours.

sorry bout the wallie with the LTA logo.. cuz it's only released to LTA member therefore watermarking these wallies is a must.. i dont wan ppl to steal and put at other site... then claim is their product

is it possible to watch movies+subtitles using 5800xm?any converter can put in the subtitles?

When it is dark, it needs to use the flash for a while to enable the sensor to focus on the object. But it wont trigger when you click the snap button.

Hmm... My phone has a problem when surfing the internet. When surfing, after one pages and when i click any link, it will hang. Any webpages and i click any links, it will hang. I try to uninstall the last few apps that i had installed, restarted the phones a few times, but to no avail. Anyone experienced this problem?

@cindyxab to totally become voyeur, like when u taking pictures of ur babies, ur pets.... u dont want them to discover, it's very easy to mode 5800xm to disable flash... keke... just go buy the green tac that use to stick ur things on wall, then open ur back cover and stick the tack over the flash......

@terrior147 depending on the software of application u're installing you might nid to sign it with developer cert, if it stil failed... try to do *#7370# reset

that mp4 izit the one that u convert by urself? last time when i convert to mp4, i pick h264 video codec, but our Tube cannot play H264 video codec. thats sometimes, only the audio can be hear. try convert again without h264, js h263.
