If you play with locals here, you are certain to get full green bars or at the very least yellow bars.

When I was playing with overseas, my connection shows that I have blank connection... lulz.
But didn't have any lag or delay. There is a very rare circumstance that the screen would lag for a split second in probably 1 out of 50 matches. Not a big deal really.

Y with no bars means BAD connection.
But again, the netcode induced in BB is so good that it doesn't even matter.

I just saw a match today with someone using Carl using his infinity loop on his opponent (the slap the sister does). It's no where near perfect yet, but I think if he gets the right timing... it's dangerous!

I prefer QCF, QCB, etc.
I'm from the Tekken camp.

Tekken, Tekken 2 employed numbering.
Then when Tekken 3 came along, somehow everyone just kinda changed to the QCF, QCB, system. Then it was just stuck like that till now. Not too sure though.

The devs actually once said that BB is a spiritual successor to GG.

I think the devs should patch this up.
If you PP, you'll be losing the exp that you would lose in accordance to your opponent that will get the exp they deserve.

This way, there won't be any stat stackers.

That's like saying what's the difference in every FPS shooters or JRPGs.

I played with my friends from overseas mostly, and they're already lagless. With locals.... well, it's already lagless so yea.
