Actually, on a personal opinion, fighting games that I've played with a Keyboard yields better results than a controller. That's how I gathered.

QUOTE(Kyoyagami @ Jul 1 2009, 03:26 PM) Well, that's how I see it lah actually. How am I gonna pull off Ragna's insane chain? From what I can see for Ragna, his combos are very simple and not really that complex. So I assume that stick isn't really required for all the combos. Only to the uber complex ones which require Jump Installs and etc. The only problem I have with the pad is not being able to do a high jump effectively lol. Sometimes, eh tak keluar lol. |

QUOTE(Sora @ Jul 1 2009, 05:27 AM) kk lol. the game does not require any installation but it will download patch 1.01 the first time you boot up the game and the patch is only 14MB.That only applies on the arcades. If i do have a stick, I prefer the DABC config though. Oh yeah, nwk I just wanna ask you. Does this game require any installation whatsoever ? If it does, how big is it ? Added on July 1, 2009, 6:17 pm QUOTE(Sora @ Jul 1 2009, 12:08 PM) I thought R3 had english subs and audio as well according to PA's site. R3 got english, chinese, korean & japanese subs together with english & japanese audio. Then again, I might be wrong about that. Added on July 1, 2009, 6:18 pm QUOTE(ajis @ Jul 1 2009, 03:54 PM) BB better because even a noob button masher like me can beat a japanese guy in ranked match! QUOTE(Sora @ Jul 1 2009, 03:08 PM) Well, yeah. good point. no need to buy expensive stick unless you are hardcore fighting game master. DS3 will suffice for casual play and cheap shortcuts My philosophy is that if i get a stick... it'll only benefit me if there's BB in the arcades so can go there and play with other people. Or tourneys at the very least but from what I can see... there might not be any chances so... see first. lol Added on July 1, 2009, 6:22 pm QUOTE(SWATwolf @ Jul 1 2009, 06:19 PM) yeah, for real This post has been edited by nwk: Jul 1 2009, 06:22 PM |
