Do anyone of you stay in PJ ss2 area? Do you facing some often disconnection last weekend (Friday and Saturday)?

The signal is turn to Orange or Red last weekend (3-4 April 2009), normally my place is green color. And then the next is, often disconnection.

Just want confirm whether the problem is from my modem, or if all of you experience the same thing, then's the P1 problem.

red light blinking from this morning, call customer service but send to voice message, even their voice message inbox full so can't leave message... sad.gif
any idea how to contact p1 support?

This morning blinking red (wasted my electricity running PC, as the download stopped unknowingly). Now amber light with spiky horrible torrent speed (9kBps), unable to download FTP (timeout when downloading Jaunty repositories).

Today the connection is bad.

according to them 4-5 hours, so if by the time i get home it's still not fixed then i will fix them shakehead.gif

So far Wangsa Maju area is not stable yet right ? unsure.gif I saw my neighbour using one and put in the window panel side ... every night the signal will be either red or yellow .. sweat.gif

My P1 experience... Lousier than Streamyx mad.gif . Here are why...

1, First 10 days out of the 15 day trial I got a good 90% speed, but after that it dropped to 50%. I don't mind, cause as long as it can online. So I didn't call in to bug for speed. Then, the upload speed dropped to 3kbps (Attachment for screenshot) for more than a week, after a week I called in to make a report. They told me a technician will come asap. Wait... 2 weeks plus, nobody wanna come and I started to keep on calling, still nobody come. Email complaint from the site has no reply at all unsure.gif .

2, My area, (Bandar Bukit Puchong) has been very heavily promoted a month ago. Now I got frequent disconnect. Call in, telling the same thing, change static IP, ping IP, restart modem. Just like how Streamyx asking you to plug direct to modem and bla bla bla.

3, When I ask for a call back from the support, no reply after I hang up shakehead.gif .

4, When I call in the support and they're experiencing large number of call, I press the # key (To wait in line), it say it's invalid/no such code. So hang up and call again to listen to the "We are located on the ground floor of Packet-1 bla bla bla..." blink.gif

So, basically P1 is the same like (Probably worse) Streamyx for me. With Streamyx, at least I got a better disconnection rate than with P1. Somehow, I can get the Streamyx support to my house easier than P1. It took me more than RM50 credit just to solve this unsolve problem. I think P1 is either still in the beta stage of their business.

I just want to ask, if it's possible I file a complaint and terminate this service? Because by using this, I'm paying more. With Streamyx, I've never been this angry before mad.gif .

Off to check my blood pressure. See if there's any update from P1 or not.

Yeah..nice speed here!! P1 careline answer is "Under Maintenance"

I just wonder how long this "Mainteanance" will be done? 2week or 1month or?? doh.gif

wow just the time when i want to migrate to p1,already got so many problem,i guess i just stay with screamyx for awhile until their service gonna be great....hopefully.
