I see they have improved the speed for some locations, hopefully it will solve for the entire network.

i think the latency issue could be on Int link. i ran speed test compared p1 speed test and speedtest.net, they are huge difference in term of latency. furthermore, i test ping cont with 1kb and see below:-

i get this speed at night only

but the speed are normal morning time.

i already call the CS but speed still like that when night

I saw some people posting their speed is back to normal a while ago but somehow a few people still having the same old low throughput issue, but where?

It seems like isolated area that are having download issue.

Please share your location.

Don't agree, it's not meant for heavy usage anyway as it's not meant to be used in the house the first place.

This wiggy package is meant for more on business subscribers or outdoor usage. It provide you up to 10Mbps, because the main point is to deliver a fast connection when you're working on a business talk or even presentation, but not really for heavy download or entertainment stuff. So, I think the 10GB threshold is reasonable.
