I call the cs to change my basic plan to youth club plan, but the cs say now cannot change to youth club plan already, you have to buy a new simpack.
Is that true?

This is my second time calling in. I have just called in to switch plan to Youth Club and the operator mentioned that it takes 7 working days to process the procedures. Does it really take that long? The web surfing rate is really attractive.

Hi, I'm a HYC member now.. yeah..!!

I also dunno how i become HYC member , yesterday i check my phone credit balance suddenly saw the expire year is 2013 then shocked. Last time i emailed to Maxis and the next day , got a lady called me and claimed she was from maxis Customer Service and i asked her is it compulsory to have a student ID , she replied not really and she asked my age and told me that i was unable to join because the minimum age was 18. So i replied ok and hang out the phone. After a month+ TADA...i'm HYC member.. LOL>>

i also dunno, she say i cannot join..must 18..so i mah ok lor..dunno why suddenly become HYC..LOL..
