you are right. But their system do not care how many maxis staff. Whenever someone call they record your details and the system acknowledge it.

so if u call 50 times from 50 different staff every staff u talk to still need to type your num into their system. You dont believe me u try make a call and complain then end the call. You call back and ask them to check their record you called back to complain bla bla bla etc etc u see what they say

first.i m a Kluang ppl
last month i went to the centre and ask  them to help me register to HYC
then..the person say " err...there's no this service,if u want to join the HYC,den buy a new simpack"
then i go to another center
yet they said the same..

i was really angry
and this is not the first time i went to the centre
i told them that the hotlink website says that
we can register at any dealer.
den they said "err...i donno"
wth??
i continued to say " if the registration is over u guys shud tell the operator to upgrade "
den.. they answered..."we really donno.."

..i nearly scold them off..

nope u are wrong. can use till 12am. mine was like that. after 6pm untill 11pm still can use. today bought again. u can buy within 6am-6pm. not use within that time
