this is really awful...if like that, i can ask my 13 y.o brother work there.... even him know the existing of HYC...

but i guess bad customer service also applies to celcom....

so if i get a new hotlink number which haven register yet can i ask to register as HYC?? coz sum say oli those wif HYC sticker on can join HYC ==

but i already go n ask maxis center before they say didnt accept unless they promote it outside wor...

just got 2 HYC for myself n my ehem2! couple number!

no need to give IC @ student card as i already 28 and working...

she just ask my IC no, Address, and full name!

my last resort wud be the KLCC centre cuz i hv tried both the centres at Taman Tun n The Gardens Midvalley 
n i dun mind the hassle i just wanna maintain my numbers but seems like the Maxis staffs are avoiding the hassle n neglecting their customers 

the operator lady told me to call hotlink hotline today to get into HYC. she said she has called the hotlink hotline and confirmed that it can be done with a phone call.

ps: update to my case, RM10 has been credited into my number. at least i got back my money 

me have 2 under my name..
case 1) convert from normal hotlink to HYC before 31 may... (done @ maxis HYC authorized dealer serdang, UPM)

case 2) MNP from celcom prepaid (013) to HYC after 31 may... (done @ maxis HYC authorized dealer alpha angle wangsa maju)

case 3
my father was on normal hotlink number (012) which previously own by me (already change to his name last year) which i registered for campus zone a long time ago got automatically converted to HYC before 31 may.....huhu..
conclusion: auto convert from normal hotlink campus zone to HYC

case 4
my mom also on 365 hotlink (012)....changed the registration under my sister's name (who is a student), & then submitted details (name,ic&student id) to one forummer here, got converted to HYC & hers validity till 2014...
conclusion: converted from 365 hotlink to HYC by a forummer here (after 31 may)

case 5
my bro who is 15 years old was on normal hotlink (012), ported in to DIGI prepaid (he's using it now about 2 weeks already)....now awaiting me to bring him to maxis centre to port in back to maxis HYC....
conclusion: still on progress becoz i had no time to bring him to maxis centre..

case 6
my sister is on maxis postpaid been told she need to wait 6 month before converting it back to prepaid...still have a month to go...
conclusion: wait till the the end of next month & try to convert to HYC

I just called them last friday and they convert my plan to HYC in just a few days.

lol just apply online la. they ask u how many numbers u have already with HYC just lie to them and say u have none. if he go check then thats not my problem i guess i got lucky. im gonna try convert another one last number of mine see if can onot wish me luck

You probably have more than 2 HYC numbers registered under your name, right?
