On my way Senior Member 660 posts Joined: Jun 2009	QUOTE(he-sham @ Jul 9 2009, 12:00 AM) update on my master plan to convert all my family members' numbers to HYC... the final two, my sis, successfully converted her maxis postpaid to Digi Prepaid to HYC... all less than 1 week.... the MNP process from Digi Prepaid to HYC was done at Maxis Centre Selayang...at first the customer service lady said cannot keep any number to HYC...must buy a new simpack.... but i stressed to her in the website stating can port from other telco, than she ask her supervisor & within a few minutes, it can be done....haha... my sis number finally converted straight to HYC the next day... my bro & i went a few days later to the same maxis centre...his case normal hotlink to digi prepaid to HYC....the MNP process from Digi Prepaid to HYC also expirience the same denial stage of "cannot port in to HYC, only buy new simpack is allowable"...but this time the customer service was a guy....i quickly explain in the website say it is possible to keep the number from other provider...but he replied "cannot...i know la i work here".....wtf...then i said a few days ago the lady (i pointed to the lady that succesfully converted my sis number) did manage to convert my sis number to HYC.... then he asked the lady....& pops, suddenly it can be done....my bro number succesfully converted to HYC the next day.... they all no need to provide student card because they are below 25 y.o... so all my family now are in HYC... Congratulation!!!!!!!!!
