I started collecting only since 2007 but oredi fell into TF since I was 8 years old, last time every Monday sit front of TV waiting for 5:30PM channel TV1, now I can buy n buy cuz started working. When I was small I not able to buy, but now we all earn for our living. Haiz.. my tf all BIB as I still renting a room, no place for detolf oso..

i'm on the same boat, but married. i really wonder how you plan to keep your stuff from the childrens? my collection is small, as i'm very conservative, i could just lock my display cabinet. with THAT much collection however, it's gonna be pretty hard to keep the children away.

wow, lucky. my wife don't really buy for me, but as long as i don't go overboard, i'm pretty safe from those nag missiles.

i've been keeping some old G1 from i was a kid (sixshot,god ginrai,...), dicided to sell them off for a newer breed of TF that are not bricks(when i started working). alternators brought me back, TFTM didn't give much impact, but ROTF leader prime is a serious poison now. already filed a request form to buy it on site from the HM .

I notice a lot of you guys bought a lot of stuff lately. Sure got enough $$$ for upcoming ROTF toys ? I have already started reserving my "funds" (even skipped MP08...sigh ).

i might be wrong but you should just grab mp08 now because definitely the price for mp08 will be skyrocket in future. on the other hand ROTF will be available in 2 months time and will be plenty of stocks available when the movie hits the cinema.

i skipped mp08 too. don't see a problem there.

preference for mp08 depends on individual. i'm not buying to sell back and the amount of chrome is really a turn off. so why bother buying.

haiyah cannot like that... remember fellowship of the MP... always help out each other

true also guess same thing happened with my BIB ultimate bumblebee didnt expect it to be so toy-ish. i might sell if off soon.

what i told my son that these are his collections and he can only admire at this moment. i do occasionaly brings out the toys out of the detolf for him to touch and c...so far he knows to differentiate which is his and his daddy ones...

my wife supported this kind of hobby...and she knew that m selective on moulds that i like...

bear in mind m not concentrating on TF alone...stil have Hot Toys & Macross ones as well.

you guys all so lucky ... my fiance only knew i have tfa activators bb and ss ... plus 1 sam prowl i bought recently after bribing her wit Sembonia shoes... she didnt know anything about these...



if she knew, i will be chopped to several pieces...
im still preparing My List of Reasons once we get married later...

that needs lotsa storage....good luck...

u may add these excuses for buying toys:
1. preparation for somebody birthday present in future~
2. no need buy some more toy for your children d, already got so much~~
3. investment.....
4. "u wan me go clubing or play toy at home..."
5. "my friend no place to put, so i rent my place as storage for his toys collection~"
6. "i am joining a competition, see who got the most toy, winner get 2 free ticket to usa hollywood~ (competition deadline: 50years...)"

where u gonna put all those thing when u wanna get married?.. at my house?..

Ya man, TFTM/ROTF toys can never compare with Masterpice...it's a "Masterpice"...

actually you can only get about 4-5 deluxe rotf figs that equal to 1 mp08..
hasbro has declared price increase this may ...

Still...it's about quality but not quantity....

different ppl different cup of tea...nevertheless..all are good buys...
