yours is hasbro. notice the siren light thingy? there's 2 knobs in front of it(vehicle mode), hasbro's is not painted, takara is painted yellow.

anyway, grads & thanks to related parties on revealing this slender accusation. great service to the community. i bought an alt rodimus from william sometime ago, which i had to go pick up at TW. now i feel bad because i've somehow(indirectly) supported this shop .

i guess this kinda thing will starts again once ROTF toys hits the market too. although i'm skipping MP08, but i can feel the pain caused by this blatant act of stupidity. yes, it's common amongst shops to do this.....until they are caught. now feel the aftermath .

you guys do know that the chrome can easily fade over a short period of time, right? especially if you touch it too much.

nah! i bought the black leg 1st, then sold it off after i got the blue-leg. it's hasbro. the easy way to spot is by looking at the 2nd pic. in front of the siren in alt mode, there's 2 knobs. takara would have it in yellow, like the black leg, hasbro's is not painted. although, i'm gonna paint it soon.

that one was last year. somewhere around march. Ebay US, around RM260 with postage, BIB.

you mean to say you saw no difference in the new ROTF leader prime? have you seen it? i'm really glad i don't have any TFTM molds. now i can buy the new ROTF prime without remorse.

i'm pretty sure the TFTM leader prime will flood garage sales soon enough .

the new one really puts the old one to shame. i bet you'll be getting one too once it came out.

what i like to see is sixshot. he's pretty straight forward. not too complex in transformations. sadly, he's not a prominent character. so chances of him getting an MP treatment is pretty low.

i'm on the same boat, but married. i really wonder how you plan to keep your stuff from the childrens? my collection is small, as i'm very conservative, i could just lock my display cabinet. with THAT much collection however, it's gonna be pretty hard to keep the children away.

i've been keeping some old G1 from i was a kid (sixshot,god ginrai,...), dicided to sell them off for a newer breed of TF that are not bricks(when i started working). alternators brought me back, TFTM didn't give much impact, but ROTF leader prime is a serious poison now. already filed a request form to buy it on site from the HM .

i skipped mp08 too. don't see a problem there.

preference for mp08 depends on individual. i'm not buying to sell back and the amount of chrome is really a turn off. so why bother buying.

however i think the scalpers will pop their friendly faces again more than the collectors. it will go as crazy as last time and perhaps worse as the scalpers and posers seems more resourceful lately.

i never really give a rat about TFTM toys. but this new rotf leader OP is pretty accurate. well, i guess there will come a time in a man's life when he has to buy a transformers movie toy .

plus, i think this is the last time you'll be able to get the peterbilt mold. i'm guessing the next movie will have OP in a different mold(like always).
