take up meditation (as mentioned by others) or yoga and practice it at least a couple of times a week - it'll help u stay calm and also physically tired, so u can sleep / rest better at night

you may want to try aromatherapy. Lavender essential oil can help keep u calm. make sure u purchase 100% essential oil and not those cheaper ones. The scent from 100% essential oil lasts longer.
