 Sleep anxiety, I could be heading into depression.

TS Im sad to know that you have such an issue as well. The first and only time I heard about the same issue is from a man who has high anxiety on daily live, life problems to face. He only sleeps 4 hrs average in day, thats usually 4-8am. Other than his Outdoor daily activities, he spends a great deal of time online to blog and or LYN. Poor guy. And he has to be a manageable alcoholic. Similar to you, he worries a lot and maintain high alert on worldly issues.

Afterall, you have got to face your life issues. There isnt a paradox/myth to sleep soundly like a baby anymore... im afraid. Perhaps seeking out for more other ways to relax the body is a good thing, eg Yoga, to stretch your body might help the muscle to relax.
