Perseus, what if I told you that everything the forumers here has suggested to you wouldn't work in the long run?
You have to face your worries, fears, problems or whatever it is that is causing you distress / stress. What ppl have told you is only to reduce the stress level but it doesn't get rid of the problem completely.
If you really want to have peace of mind again, you have to face your worries/fears. However, the way you face it, doesn't have to be alone. You can have friends and/or family helping you along the way.
That's the only way, I'm afrad. But take heart. The first step is the hardest but after that, it's easier.
