I once had problem sleeping and I usually took me 1 or 2 hours before I dozed off when I hit the bed. I've got an overactive brain that refuse to shut down and pretty stressed up.

Well it ended for nearly a year now. Before I sleep, I try not to think of work problems or anything that stresses me. I indulge in my own hobby and had a good laugh via cartoons to end the day. Meditation might work too. As long as you managed to clear off your brains, just do it.

When I lie down on bed and suddenly my brain kickstart itself to "worry" over anything at all, I re-tune it by imagining the nature..... like seaside, rivers, greenery and stuff. Then I Zzzzzz before the 10th sheep jumped over the fence.

hi Alan

good to see u here on H&F smile.gif

what sort of meditation do you do?

Its not "really" meditation per se. Simply sitting cross leg , close eyes and imagine the nature and all its wonders, the sound of running stream waters, waves hitting the beach, prehistoric females running by naked.
