My friend said I could be heading into a depression if I continue to have sleep anxiety.
Nowadays, i CAN go to sleep but I would wake up halfway with fast beating heart and anxieties... panic.
Then hard to go back to sleep again.
Breathing is erratic.
It's only happening for these few days.
How should I relax myself?
