hmm if u find agent to indonesia....for me better Nugrahan....not promoting...but i got fren from eagle eye and medic prolink...n the service is not that got...later when u came here u will know...

I dont know which system U meant but from what i know, All uni here will change their system from lecturer-student oriented to problem based oriented...then i oso heard that JPA will stop sending all medical and dental student to indonesia...its still on discussion tho..but every month JPA people will meet the student and people from U to check if the got any improvement.....the problem now is there are many of "super senior" who still not graduated...and they blame the Uni for it...

Indonesia got a good med school and also a bad one just like in Malaysia, Russia or even India. I think MMC really should check the good ones only. Seem like too many send our student there without careful inspection. Somehow, I think AIMST is better than most of them.

the super senior here came before JPA send student here...so they are mostly the rich spoilt kid which parent forcing them what they cant do..so when they came here, they only go shopping, loitering..as know one can scold them as at home..got one of them whose almost already 10 years here....

Ya,I heard about that from my agent as well I'm really upset when someone just don't appreciate the chance given to them
(I'm sad to say that some of us here don't even have the opportunity to study in overseas and they just simply throw it away;mainly financial problems)
According to my agent,some of the spoilt kids even quit their studies in the half way,they don't even try to finish it off:shakehead:

the uni will shoulder a major part of the blame for this situation......for NOT selecting their students in the proper manner........and NOT daring to expel these students who do not perform.......

Haha, never thought they are 10 years med student there. Themost I heard is from my father who said there are rich Arab studying medicine in Pakistan sponsor entirely by Saudi government and he repeated 3 to 4 years because always partying.

but 10 yearare too much. I think the money spend is equivalent to Ireland 1 million tuition fee. Give me that money!

that's the purpose of having entrance exam and interviews before the intake........btw,as far as I know,they do have entrance exam every year for some of the good universities in INDO(not all) especially for medic and dentistry courses
No comment on the issue matter of expelling the students who do not perform well(I'm not been there yet)

oh ya i phoned MOHE.. they said.. that indo is under KIV... and the MDC adviced me not to go to indo for dentistry... So... thinking of going to PIDc twinning with vinayaka.. but its also not recognized..because its still new.. =.="

you sure?? I just called MOHE(they asked me to call JPA), and JPA ...they told me that there're a few Universities that recognised by them as well including dentistry if that the course you intend to take

MOHE won't know about the qualification of the universities in overseas,if you want to know more about it please call the JPA........thats what they told me just now...

BTW,if I were you,I won't dare to take the risk to study in some not recognised uni to be their first batch student.....

about the uni in indo thing...i admit that all uni in indo under probation by JPA...last JPA meeting (2weeks ago) conclude that all student batch 2007 and below should take some exam from JPA, MMC and MDC...they still dont explain what type of exm, myb will be include in next meeting...im already in clinical now...so hard to get news as the other campus is so far away...so cannot join the meeting...

i dont know la.. but i know MOHe also got some connection de lor.. agents need MOHE's approval de..before they send us overseas. SEriously... indonesia is not recognized by malaysia medical council edi.. under KIV.. something about the studying hours/credit hours.. dont know la.. but u better make sure u check properly before u go to indo.. my frens in padjajaran also advice me not to go there...

NOt first batch la.. if i go into PIDC i would be the 7th batch.. The first batch would graduate in 2 years time i think..

I have a news here! Today,I try to call MMC and MOHE! They tell me Indonesia medical and dental school is under observation,they advise me don't go to indonesia first because the risk is high!


It is not de-recognized pettybimbo but observation!!! The risk is there,so I will go KSMU(kursk state medical university),russia!

Added on April 7, 2009, 11:08 amNow who plan to study in indonesia or russia will dream off of getting loan from jpa ! I call jpa this morning,then they tell me russia and indonesia are currently not offered loan by jpa!

never know that JPA offers loan to the students to study in Russia and Indonesia at the first place......
I always thought that JPA only offers scholarships.....
