it feels hot because it's made out of aluminium, a good heat conductor on its own. that's why u see heatsinks made out of aluminium. it's better for the heat to transfer to the body and into the atmosphere (and ur hand) rather than trapped inside the laptop frying the components.

for education price u can only get it at the online store

my MBP normal temp is about 60 − 80c

i think mbp wont suit you if u still argue with the temperature.
50-60 is in idle state.
but can goes up to 90++ when doing raw graphic processing or video rendering.
