QUOTE(tinkerbel @ Nov 5 2009, 06:50 PM) @Lester1987, U come onto an Apple forum to ask Apple supporters if U should purchase an Apple? Do u not think you'll be getting biased answers? bcoz i am a HP supporter and always think that apple is overprice. just wanna get some feedback from those that are actually using apple to comment on that.

QUOTE(wiraone @ Apr 14 2010, 09:39 AM) I've no idea if they're cheaper there in Singapore, you need to remember that you'll paying a GST .. but could always claim it back at Changi. On warranty wise, Apple warranties are usually international (except for iPhone). So no problem there.. this is from my personal experience when I brought back my MBP from UK. regarding the claiming GST part. how u claim it? let say if we buy from Apple store online with a Singaporean name, can we still claim the GST refund if i am a tourist?
