light weight ar? myb u wan to check out twinhead 13.3" 1.65kg T7n00 4mb cache C2D processor with a built in DVDdrive also selling at RM2.4k water /spill proof keyboard somemore...ofc, it is not as 'hot' as HP notebooks
or magnesium alloy 13.3" nec also rm2.2k at 1.9kg at its lowest proc oso will outdo teh neo

unless ur a HP fan or has fetish toward glossy devices, then i wud understand...

that nec does have the best price/performance for below 2.0kg
but considering that i've read somewhere someone posted news that nec is stopping laptop sales in malaysia (or issit southeast asia?), i do doubt the support is gonna be good once the distribution is dead.

i reckon the neo has a tdp of 15w, while the atom is at 2w/2.5w
but the chipset has less tdp than the 945 used by the atom making the neo total platform output less heat compared to the atom + 945.
though the atom total heat is considerably improved by the poulsbo chipset. but not all atom runs of the newer chipset. yet.

nec specifically say theyll honor the warranty. good enuf to me
beside, its the authorised dealer that all along provide the sales n suport in Asiapac so it wont be different just go back to the vendor but i hope i don hv to heh

everything on this notebook or likely can say netbook also fine except processor.......DAXX VERY VERY VERY SLOW!!!
