Ok, I follow the step of Hardspl from xda forum as following:
1) Plug in the USB port and the Phone Synced with PC in Windows Mobile!
2) run X1_HardSPL.exe.
3) follow steps in the RUU, and check on the device for prompts after PC shows loading bar.
4) it go to tricolour screen now and say 0.52.OliNex.MFG (this is SSPL!).
5) Hard-SPL flashes, device automatically reboots, job done.

this was very successfull without any problem for the first time when i flash Jack 3.3.
So now i follow the same but it fail when after the tricolor screen. I try many time it will have the Error 260 and the X1 freeze at the "Loading..." white screen. I can see the WMDC show device disconnected. I try unplug plug the USB then my PC show unidentified USB device.

For flashing ROM using microSD method is noproblem. I only have problem for HardSPL. so u mentioned only need 1time hardspl only, is it mean now i flash new ROM like Jack 3.4 no need to flash hardSPL again? Pls confirm this.

the plastic covering my cover lens has a crack in it... is there anyway to fix this? is it my fault or would it be under warranty?

now in Jack3.4, my phone can detect 3G Maxis. Not yet try the data connection.
btw, i foudn that after install new ROM, i can't map my action keys into whatever i want. after a while it switch back to the soft key.
i like the 2 keys to be the rotate screen and ok/close which i use the most. Any solutions for this?

Yes, that was the key I modified (following this guide). And for SMS notification, I also used Advanced Config.

I'm thinking to flash my phone's ROM to another one, just to try which suit me the best. Any recommendation?

I think I read somewhere some ppl able to get bricked X1 back to life......maybe bricked because wrongly flashed ROM, not SPL

but i need confirm ur spl is correct with the seus if not u will cant update back from original SE there ... i had try le yesterday whole evening bout 2 till 10pm like that  coz dont like the touch It like the original rom hehe

Flash my XPERIA for third time. This time I'm using Jack 3.4 Full. Before that I was using Touch-IT v10 but didn't really satisfied with the performance. I don't know why but I'm feeling it is slower than Touch-IT v9. Maybe it just me.

Btw. I can't hardreset my XPERIA using the method on the second post in the first page. I've been trying the method several times but to no avail. After spending some time searching in XDA forum, I'd found another way to hardreset the phone.

1. Turn off the phone completely.
2. Press and hold both silver buttons below the screen.
3. Boot up the phone by pressing the power button.
4. Read the instruction on the screen.
5. Press 'r' on the keyboard to reset the phone or 'x' (if I'm not mistaken) to cancel. Btw. don't even bother to look for keyboard on the screen. It doesn't exist. You have to slide the keyboard and hit the 'r' key  (or 'x' to cancel).
6. That's it. Your phone will be restored to factory default.

Happy flashin' everyone 

haha.. same same here.. but i still prefer newer software compare to old menu used in Jack's 3.4. i think i might flash to valkrie 1.7 2nite.

BTW, for the hard-reset stuff.. did u press n hold all 3 button together. u nid to hold the two silver button together n poke ur stylus into the reset hole and HOLD it.. not juz poke but poke and Hold... then it should work.

1 things that i dont think the method u mention above.. is u nid to completely off ur phone b4 hard-reset. and clearly that after flashed.. it juz said flash complete but it wont turn off the phone. n by taking battery out straight from xperia when it is still on.. it sound hurt. so i rather make a soft-reset method rather than nid to off ur phone completely.

that is my personal thought n advise.

Yes. I did hold both silver buttons while poking the stylus into the reset hole and hold it. I was even holding for more than 15 seconds but my phone just didn't boot up. And yes, I did completely turned off the phone. I mean, I removed the battery after flashing the ROM. So it should be completely turned off right?

Btw. how to soft reset?

Still, Jack 3.4 couldn't satisfy me. I'm wondering how to remove the 2nd Today from the bottom of the screen. Anyone knows how? Btw. I might be trying to flash my XPERIA with EnergyROM HD Phoenix which is running on Windows Mobile 6.5.  I'm fully aware that the ROM is largely untested. All that I'm hoping is that the ROM won't turn my phone into a brick. If I flashed the ROM correctly, it won't happen, right?

some said windows vista se on it... right, vista already quite sux, somemore deploy it on mobile...

BTW, xperia X2 really let me down.. using same processor MSM7200A from qualcomn again.. i tot they will upgrade to qualcomm snapdragon. no 512MB RAM but 512MB rom like touch pro.

i really disatisfied with jack's 3.4 full.. wanted to flash valkyrie 1.7 long long time ago.. but no time.. now even valkyrie 1.8 already out.. downloaded. still no time to flash..argh..

jack's rom sometime fast sometime slow..n classic menu by default oso couldnt satisfied me. especially the old classic notification system. i like the newest rhodium notification. n again, i hate to mod all those registry things especially im busy. so, i rather flash another rom with give me satisfation. i flash valkyrie 1.6 b4.. i love it. dont care whether it is slow o not.. but it serve me well.. fair enuf..

iphone 3g i oso used b4. but it really makes me more hate iphone. really. i ask my friend 10 how to question. 9 answered cannot do. 1 can do is adjust sound eq as it is in settings page.

that mean, to get it from US USD199 with contract plan. cancel that contract plan, they will get iphone 3g at around USD600. tat mean RM2000 in malaysia. earn some. they sell it at RM3k in malaysia once they had it.

that how iphone selling in msia.

so, now drop from usd199 to usd99. that mean, iphone 3gs in MALAYSIA is still over RM2k de.

btw, touchx worth to try thou.. but i doesnt prefer the way of his rom works. so i voted him not to come back to cook rom in xda-developers link.

please vote him to come back if u all wan. 90% wants him back while 10% doesnt wan.

after soft reset on my Jack3.4 with SPBMS3, the memory usage is about 97MB compare to previous 103MB.
