anyway... still looking for a case/pouch/sock for my phone... any recommendations...? I dunno bout leather pouches... seems expensive for the good ones, cheapskate for the fake ones.... and they are very much bulkie...

erm. download from my webfolder, flash it.. then flash stock-spl. that it.

steps copied from xda-developer on how to HSPL
-since v can do sync our data alrdy, so step 1, 2, 3 could be ignore rite?
-make sure battery more than 50%, i think full is the best rite?
-(RE)Connect the X1, i think tis step is for those tat jus installed their ActiveSync or WDMC rite??

the following steps quite self-explanatory, ntg much to ask, jus, if any of the steps here didnt actually show up, den wat shud i do?
- Run X1_HardSPL.exe
- Follow the instructions (it should say something like "Image Version: 1.02.111.7" to "1.00.X1")
- If asked, press "Yes" on the X1
- Now a 4-color screen should show up, showing some version Info
- After that, a progressbar screen will be shown and the phone will reboot when finished
- Click "Finish" on the PC

- If you want to check if everything went fine, turn the device off (long power button press), then hold the "volume down" button and turn the device on again, still holding the "volume down" button until the 4-color screen shows up. It should read something like:
KOVS110
SPL-0.72.OliNex
MicroP1-787
MicroP2-707
- Remove and reinsert the battery to exit bootloader mode
v remove n reinsert battery after the previous "to check if everything went fine" step rite??

yes, hard-spl clean every single things.. better backup.

so wat shud i do if any of the steps from step 4 to 9 didnt show up?
and after i check it wit holding the volume button, i direct take out the battery, reinsert and switch on phone only rite?

personally i feel that take out battery (in a way that is directly cut the power without telling) is quite bad.

why dont u juz poke ur stylus into soft-reset hole? it works in anyway.. i wont ever take out battery while phone is running.. in a way that i feel im torturing my xperia.

i havnt take out battery b4 for so long i use my xperia (when phone is running). anything went wrong i will juz soft-reset it.

if anything from step 4 to step 9 diden show up. u could just re-start the whole things again. juz to make sure that u dont touch o do anything to it while it is flashing.

n yeah, to check whether it is correctly flash. is hold down power on button + vol Down button.

but what i do is, hold down power + vol down button + poke into soft reset hole. it works too. so no nid to turn my phone off.

omg, i knew its some kind of reset button but i nvr know it is the soft-reset button..i cut out power quite a few times alrdy, for some software caused hang!! hav to do tat cos ntg else i could do...= =

hmm.. it wont lead to any major problem oso 1 la.. juz i personally feel torturing my xperia..

anyway, hard-spl only need once. and it is an easy but risky job.. take full attention to it.. it would b fine.

battery empty,when plug d charger to charging port,no response loh!!!

ed pull out d battery,do 'hard reset tricks' oso cant...its no response when charging!

im using CE-star, dl-ed as trial version, said jus for a few hours.. but i alrdy used for 1 weeks+.. ntg seems like wil expired yet..= =

how to hard reset on x1??

1. turn off the phone
2. Hold both right and left buttons (the ones right under the screen, dont know the name)
3. press power button, while still holding the others

got others trick??
i failed to do hard reset lah

have both left and right buttons pressed...and press the power button once thats enough

hey there...if u put like that then cant slide your keyboard ady rite?

mine put ady still can slide out the keyboard...
