maybe he means that you need to close the pilot screw completely by turning the screw clockwise,
and then turn/open the screw 2 or 2 1/4 turns (turn the screw anti-clockwise to open it).

but for the idle screw, I tried to close it fully but seems can't

your Kitti is unlimited rpm. Its your engine which limits the rpm.

It is impossible to have unlimit rpm on engine. Superior engine like R6 maximum only 16krpm.

The upper limit of 11krpm is very good already. Anything above that 11krpm, engine very easy to spoilt.

Of course, it is possible to have 15krpm, but the engine modification cost a lot. So, if u want to go for high rev engine, you should just change everything in your engine to super endurance parts, with very aggressive camshaft setting (which will sacrifice a lot of low rpm torque).

1) use mild camshaft. Recommend to use the custom camshaft that I make if you plan to use stock engine.
2) bigger valve head (21 IN, 19 OUT)
3) port and polish cylinder head
4) stiffer valvespring
5) Racing CDI
6) 28mm carburetor
7) Bigger exhaust manifold
8) remove air filter

The predicted result is, you are able to achieve maximum horsepower from 9000 - 10000rpm. Power would drop starting from 10krpm, but engine still can rev up to 11krpm. Just a rough estimation. This way, you can almost preserve the low-mid rpm torque.

And I can guarantee, with the setup above, you can easily ta pau FZ150i

If people disassemble the bike, take out the parts and leave an empty shell, take back also useless mah. Msia police so 'efficient', people 1 day ady can empty the whole bike.

If the thief is so pro, transmitter and receiver can be easily disrupted la.
