QUOTE(charge-n-go @ Apr 14 2009, 05:38 PM) Iridium will be a few months later. My #1 priority now is a good racing camshaft. I have ordered Racing Bee valve spring and arrived at New Bee Hock. It will be paired with my custom design camshaft. hey man, r u talkin bout modifying our stock camshaft?

QUOTE(charge-n-go @ Apr 15 2009, 10:43 AM) It's either stock camshaft, or take some other camshaft to modify. I have an ideal spec in mind now. Awaiting Bee Hock to get all his machinery ready. tats wat the guy recommend to me as well.. but seems to be pricey la bro... hw much he charge u?

Did he quote u a price? I don't how much he will charge me, but I just need his labour. I am feeding him my design for 135cc block, so that he can make business with the design. Most likely it is free or with little cost.
yeah... he said workmanship + labour = 150... wow.. i feel its quite pricey... n our stock cam is a low or high cam? jz wonderin... n charge.. i hv a fxr150 coil wit me... u think it might give me some extra 'uuummmppphhhh'...?

QUOTE(kinwei3250 @ Apr 17 2009, 05:16 PM) @charge there got 2 screw, which screw air & which screw rpm?? & how to turn to stock coz juz now tangan gatal 'cincai' turn... then engine become rough... on ur left is the pilot air screw and on ur right is the idle screw... so u should go for complete full turns clockwise and then 2-2 1/4 turns counter-clockwise on the left-side screw and around 1/8 clockwise on the right-side screw... .. so try it out... porting = done on the cylinder head. basically shave off blocking path and polish the intake and exhaust port to make air-fuel flows smoother. shaving = talking about cylinder head shave, it is cut off the bottom of the cylinder head by certain thickness (i cut off 0.6mm) to increase compression ratio. By the way guys, after running for 300km, my Royal Purple 10W-40 full synthetic run super smooth. Today I am able to do less than 7 minute (6 min 59s) @ Teluk Bahang. Previous run was 7 min 05 sec. Elf 10W-40 gives me some clutch slip although the oil is smooth. I guess that's the main difference.
bro, are u still using the gasket or three bond sealer? jz thinking of doing it as well... where did u do it bro? wats the cost like?

QUOTE(charge-n-go @ Apr 28 2009, 04:16 PM) haha, mine not yet ultimate 135cc. I still have 3 more things to modify: 1) custom racing cam. 2) rejet carburetor to match custom cam (more air-fuel into engine ) 3) NGK iridium spark plug [BONUS] Big valve head with 21mm IN and 19mm OUT ^ this one is when i saved enough cash, but most likely I'd pair with my high compression 150cc engine. planning on FZ150i block n piston rite.. do u have any contacts in png for the product?
