I don't how much he will charge me, but I just need his labour. I am feeding him my design for 135cc block, so that he can make business with the design. Most likely it is free or with little cost.

yeah... he said workmanship + labour = 150... wow.. i feel its quite pricey... n our stock cam is a low or high cam? jz wonderin... n charge.. i hv a fxr150 coil wit me... u think it might give me some extra 'uuummmppphhhh'...?

on ur left is the pilot air screw and on ur right is the idle screw... so u should go for complete full turns clockwise and then 2-2 1/4 turns counter-clockwise on the left-side screw and around 1/8 clockwise on the right-side screw... nod.gif.. so try it out... tongue.gif

porting = done on the cylinder head. basically shave off blocking path and polish the intake and exhaust port to make air-fuel flows smoother.

shaving = talking about cylinder head shave, it is cut off the bottom of the cylinder head by certain thickness (i cut off 0.6mm) to increase compression ratio.
By the way guys, after running for 300km, my Royal Purple 10W-40 full synthetic run super smooth. Today I am able to do less than 7 minute (6 min 59s) @ Teluk Bahang. Previous run was 7 min 05 sec. Elf 10W-40 gives me some clutch slip although the oil is smooth. I guess that's the main difference.
