Dunno, but I know he's on LC160 now... he also mod other stuff.
Somebody selling OEM TZM carb 30mm on mudah.my at RM180, can try.
Pipe will affect torque/HP distribution, you won't get wrong, just difference riding style... like my stock bike, pickup good but topspeed so~so...
*
charge is on 58.5mm block n piston set with the head shaved about 0.6mm... using racing valves as well but stock size... tats al i can remember.. hehe... n for the pipe, i agree wit alexei... it depends on ur need... if u want pikup, u can use nobi sss, yy pang, etc.. if u're looking for top speed, the best pipe is still our stock pipe but need to drag very far lo whistling.gif ... if u wan pikup added wit litlle bit of top speed, use either nobi triovale or ahm sp(tis pipe simply ROX)... icon_rolleyes.gif correct me if i'm wrong

QUOTE(charge-n-go @ Jun 24 2009, 06:45 PM)
thanks alexei ,samba and saran for helping me out wink.gif

I m using 58.5mm. Not a good pair with 28mm carburetor yet. I cannot full throttle until 5000rpm and above.
I guess 60.0mm still cannot full throttle in a sudden, we need to wait until mid range rpm.

28mm is more suitable for 175cc to 200cc. (quoted from 4 stroke performance tuning book), and it is proven true on my bike. It is overkill for 160cc / 135cc, unless we have a very very long duration camshaft which focus at high rpm power.

no exhaust pipe in the market is suitable for our bike, seriously.
The best pipe for pure stock setting is Yoshimura.
For other companies, their pipe are best matched with their own engine, cam, head and etc. mix and match cannot give good results. If we change the engine settings, we need to retune the exhaust length and diameter accordingly.
*
hmmm... hmm.gif but fz150i n fxr uses 28mm throtle body.. and tzm is using 32mm carb..but our pak belang is using 26mm.. moreover they r jz 150cc... no offence.. jz wana noe y?? mayb i could learn something ere.. but as far as i noe.. round slide are better for long distance/ top speed/high rpm... n for pikup/acceleration/low-mid rpm is best suited wit flatslide carb... tats why mostly in cub prix nwdays they use PWK/TM28/ FCR drool.gif ... correct me if m wrong

30%

But sometimes they wont even check. It depends on ur luck. There's 2 stages to go thru. First stage = kastam 2nd stage = UPP after the kastam.
I bought a swing arm and 3 piece of disc from Thailand last week. Got thru without any tax hehe..

QUOTE(TryX @ Jul 11 2009, 11:45 AM)
Rextor kinda over price in Penang biggrin.gif But i heard not so good review of rextor it may have some features that BRT dont have, but from what i heard they say this CDI have torque but dont have top. And im not sure how true is this. Like Saran say his bike only can go till 130 after put the CDI when stock it can go more. Please comment abit. Very curious biggrin.gif
*
i would like stress out that after i changed to REXTOR on my all stock bike, only the acceleration increased.. top speed remained the same... but once i changed the valve spring and ignition coil, my top end increased +20km/h... tis is bcoz our stock valve springs could nt support rpm more than 10k.. will cause 'valve floating'.. but for me rextor is better than BRT... onli disadvantage is tat rextor is adjustable, it adjusts rpm according to our setting of the BTDC degree(ignition curve)... as for BRT i-max, its hand-held programmable if m nt mistaken... much better in terms of function as tuning is fully exploited ere(custom ignition mapping is possible at every rpm).. and the price almost similar to rextor adjustable.. laugh.gif rextor too has the programmable type... but the price is almost double of the BRT i-max.. brows.gif so it depends on the tuner, expectations and budget... tongue.gif but my vote is for REXTOR icon_rolleyes.gif

thanks bro!
uhmm what do u mean by "use cheaplak engine oil. full synthetic oil dont play." u mean dont use full synthetic oil? why? i tought its good for the engine and all the inside parts.
*
its most probably due to low viscosity of the fully synthetic oil (too cair)... so higher revs can cause scratches on block if in running in period... but cheap engine oils hav higher viscosity but wont last long... need regular oil change.. nod.gif correct me if m wrong

Wawawa so change exhaust and remove air filter is harmful to our piston lo right??? Btw i juz saw a nice exhaust pipe at mudah here is the link http://www.mudah.my/Yoshimura-Muffler-For-LC135-3412315.htm it is written there Yoshimura (but i think it is more like pirated or cetak rompak one), one more question here, how long will it takes to change valve spring?? And when changing the valve spring do nid to change EO again?? Wat brand de valve spring is recommended??? Cuz after SPM might get rextor so muz do some ''homework'' ^^ the rest i dun wan change d bcuz they are dam pricy and easily spotted during blocking..
*
bro, the muffler is 100% fake... so dun waste ur time... lol.... bout changing valve springs... requires removal of the head... so need EO change n minimum of 2 hour time for installation n setting... sweat.gif go for trusted brands like BRT, TDR, ride-it, etc...

factory setting of pilot screw 1 5/8 turns (LC ss).. but in most forums ppl suggest 2 turns (for stock bikes onli)...

usually modders who install V-Rossi type sport rims to their bike like to switch position of their front caliper similar to the c70 as front disc of the V-rossi rims is seriously oversize.. drool.gif
