Also, I'm deciding to get the PK1, as the wide soundstage is huge compare to PK2, also, PK series kinda like phased out soon, if I can get the PK1, I probably get it first.

I'm using Ipod Photo modded by PCWORK, HD650 (newly bought in China, KA KA KA KA!!!!), and the Secret Amp, it is SUPERB!!!!

BTW, latest update: Yuin PK2 in China has totally phased out, meaning there will be no more available, if whoever still can find it, quickly grab one! PK1 still can easily get, but it will be expensive, in China, it is RMB880 or RM490. But I will be no more going to China so soon, even if I go, I can't offer help anymore unless to very close friends, it is too much trouble to follow up from everyone, and my schedule in China is very tide every time.

Hi bro, thanks, I'm was doin well in China. I bought the HD650 for RM1350 converted, but if really wanna to buy, buy from Yuheng/Wallabies lor, they have warranty and better quality assurance. HD560 or HD650? Did you mean HD580? Let me say one thing, HD580 is legendary probably it was really that good during old days. I didn't say HD580 is not good now, it is very good if driven from good amp and source. I owned it once, but during that time, I didn't have good source nor good amp to drive. And my first impression was real bad with it and I sold it because it was overly bright. But recently I found out it was not that bright, it was my source and amp that couldn't drive the headphone well, however, comparing to HD650, I would still find that it has a lot brighter end of treble.

I'm not sure about HD600, however, I would say HD580 has very different sound compare to HD650, it is obvious. Though, I would categories them sharing the same sound signature, just that HD650 can reproduce frequency very much more efficient than HD580. I'm very impressed with my new HD650, I really hope burning in will make it sound better in time, but I'm extremely happy with it with Secret Amp and "PCMod"! Comparing HD580, HD650 can reproduce huge amount of low end bass, and the mid is superbly refined and well defined! And the treble is SMOOOTHH........everything is just SMOOOTHH like speakers. And overall conclusion to HD650 comparing to HD580 is it is very smooth and refined, with tremendous amount of micro details that cannot hear from many headphones. And it can reproduce really deep end of bass. Some say HD650 has bloated bass, I would say it is not bloated, I love the bass! It is smooth and very rounded, and at many times it is fed with very low end bass and I would say that is how HD650 give some listeners the impression it has bloated bass, that is only my opinion.

Also, when comparing HD580 alone, I would say HD580 everything is controlled, but not as "refined" and the frequency it can reproduce is not as broad as HD650. Another surprise of HD650 is sound stage, I still not familiar with how to categories sound stage actually, however, what I can say is, HD650 can locate different instruments and vocal to a great distance, the vocal at the center and instruments locate at different distance very clearly. Hope my impressions are accurate, these are entirely my own impression okok.

I will, but slowly ler. Just in a short time I got lots of stuffs ler, Secret Amp, PCWORK's PCMod and HD650. The next one is a class A or tube amp for sure, but not so soon lor, very broke already

OK no problem, thanks for notifying me, I used a very short time to prepare the signature. Now I only realised that lots of ppl do read the signatures! LOLz!

I'm no big fan of the secret switch, always turned off, and with the crossfeed turned to lowest, I find it sound the best for me. The gain either low or high depend what phone I use.

Considering it is a portable amp, you will not be able to find a portable amp that is capable to drive HD650 well, prepare to pay a fortune for a portable amp if you want HD650 to shine. But the Secret Amp can drive my HD650 extremely well, it is refined, and it is really capable of making HD650 shines. If such a difficult headphone to drive can shine with Secret Amp, IEMs are just nothing to be worried at all. Once I've tried the Secret Amp for the first time, I already expected to pay RM699, as it really surprise me and this little amp really sound high end!

HD650 and many hard to drive headphones can sound awful with an amp that is incapable to drive them, so, it is kinda very easy to say that the Secret AMP is a definitely to go.

I'm expecting the above mentioned IEM is not cheap? I'm using Livewires, I'm absolutely in love with it, and it is fully custom made for your ears, why not you consider that??? The one I have is now consider older version, with 2 drivers. But just recently Earpeace (the company) has released another version, triple drivers, plus the impressions and all the costs to send your ear impressions and shipping, everything should be around RM1400
