Anybody know how the parking works ? i.e. 1 unit = 1 parking , 1 parking = $$$ buy / per mth
Pertama Residency is at 250k ... a bit expensive with no carpark

Ketumbar Hill .. been looking at it .. few month ago its 250++k .. now its about 200++k ..

Interesting. There is a unit on sale in Ketumbar Hill 1200 sqft. Fully furnished and selling at 378k... Ouch! Wonder if its a good price. But the interior design looks pretty good...

Actually not this condo only ... a few more also ... i think small players are letting these off as after 5 years or old condo have stagnant value ... if not hot rental area
Too many condo in cheras area i think ... so its over supply already ... mid lvl and business people go for high value property for comfort and security ... leaving a lot unoccupied condo ... as you know mostly all condo in malaysia lack good management |

erm.. is ketumbar hill, cheras and ketumbar heights, cheras the same? cause that day, a guy just suicide in ketumbar heights... jump down..
