 Ketumbar Hill, Good place to stay?

Able to get a quote on a developer unit at around 200k (1044sqft) but at lowest floor.

Based on my own evaluations,

Pros
- Freehold and strata title is out
- Quite convenient, near to shops, banks and food courts
- 3 carparks (1 single carpark, 1 double carpark)
- Good facilities.
- Quite clean and not so noisy.
- Mid high dense, around 550units
- KL view

Cons
- High maintenance fees, 20sen/sqft
- Not so good layout (long, not so square layout, kitchen and master bedroom small)
- Carpark at center of all blocks, so need to cross the 'bridge' everytime.

May I know anyone stay here and any opinion on this condo?
How is the management team?

I am looking into this Ketumbar Hill as well... Is it safe actually knowing the fact that it is near the tragedy area..

this place is in Desa Petaling, right? i am always wondering how does driver coming from sg besi toll access to it because i dont see any ramp lead to it, do u have to make a U-turn at the front?

this place in cheras....not desa petaling

my fren staying there....the security quite tight...even ppl walk into the area will be question by the security guard which i hate the most even i not driving inside.

my fren did told me this place got bad ppl hang out...he said this place got those china chick stay etc

that what i heard, dont flame me if i am wrong

overall the environment quite ok but the room seem small for medium and small

It is developed by Mahajaya and it is in Cheras next to Yulek.

Stayed there before, nice place, one of the best condo in that area. Huge swimming pool is a plus.

Can get a bit noisy coz its uphill and when those lorry pass by, they have to rev to climb the hill so you'll hear it all day and night if your unit facing the road.

There are some people staying there that you don wanna cross path with but they don do anyone any harm. Just mind your own business and everyone will live peacefully.

swimming pool is clean coz most of the time no one swims there which is good...badminton court i give 80%...guard house there quite strict ..ermm one bad thing is its at the top of the hill....too quiet sometimes...

i heard those china chicks are from ketumbar heights.

ya, the rooms quite small.

-ketumber Height located next to Ketumbar Hill side by side(new) ..both from Mahajaya...
-Ketumbar Hill is in red and white painted and Ketumbar heights painted in yellow

i bought 1 unit at ketumbar height, few month ago. the price is quite cheap, below market price.
peaceful condo and can relax after working like shit

went there with my bf yesterday to have a look of the condo surroundings. it's really a peaceful location. and Clean. and seeing around 5-6 security guards there and with card access to everywhere. But they never stopped us from going into the compound.. haha...

Anyway, It's under my consideration.

Anyone has any idea for a unit at Block J facing city? (3-6flr)
B/up: 850-1000sqf. Price below RM200k?

Hi all, im considering to buy a condo myself as well and has receive a call from an agent for venice hill 1538sft,Blck 10
4/3 bath ,Fully furnished by ID designer Chinese Owner ... so what do you all think ? beside that i've also seen bukit panda 2 which is Rm138,000.00 unfurnished and RM 168,000 for furnished but the kitchen is super small just a little bigger then a lift only.

I'm actually looking for a place in Cheras preferably freehold and near by lrt about 5 to 10 min drive, my budget is rm150K and the environment must be good. any recommendations ? the place is for own stay with my girlfriend.

I personally feel venice hill is a nice place, if it was properly develope.... can even get a penthouse for 200k++.... hehe
