HasMan 09.09.08 at 2:45 am
i’ve got them long time ago… i upgraded it from the BH-501. Same great sound quality but wiz longer distance (nice sound quality till 8meters). i enjoy da AVRCP profile…. the only flaw is dat BH-503 can not be be fold like the BH-501! i enjoy music at da max…. even my friends who have iPhone are amazed by the sound quality over bluetooth! Nokia rules

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Mar 21 2009, 12:26 AM) Hahaha so where does 5800 XM and BH503 falls with 256kbps mp3? the mp3 may be 256kbps...but maybe it was once 128kbps and then somebody else re-encode it to 256kbps..so no use...quality would be the same as 128kbps..and waste of space as 256kbps would be a bigger file but same quality...

the nokia 503 falls in a category i called middle range, not best quality, not worst, just middle.... cuz... u must remember... a headphone cannot change what is given... if i give u a 75x75 image and u resize to 1024 x 1024 it's still a crappy image... if i give u 1024 x 1024 then u can only view it in 800 x 800 it's no point getting it since u cant juice maximum performance out from it...
if u ask me... bh503 worth buying if u tested and it satisfied u, and u got extra money....
if u nid to have budget to buy bh503 no point getting it... since doesnt matter how u cant juice every single bit of quality from ur tube....

yeah... basically, if you have good song files..get good headphones..
if you got great song files like flac, get great headphones..
but keep in mind that your phone is the main thing that determines sound reproduction...if crappo phone=crappo sounds..

if from audio CD, usually if u're buying original music, their normal quality should be about 768, then sometimes it'll mention HDCD then the quality might 912 or higher, sometimes can even reach 1200 but i dont have knowledge till that extend already....
lol FLAC is big... haha... one song easily reach 50mb
once i downloaded 1 album 2 CD... total filesize is 2gb
