neway...hello kancil frenz...im newbie...my ride is 2004 660(m) transplanted 2 L5 4 cyl 16 valve DOCH...my f/c like 18 - 19 km/litre (cruising 140kmj)...in city driving...im only manage 2 get 10 - 12 km/litre...always hit the paddle to floor... laugh.gif

mine is turbo 1...got better torque for hill climbing... thumbup.gif ... theres nothing interesting bout my ride... just changing 2 bigger rim which can fittted with the L5 disc...lowered by using GAB sport spring...change the dashboard that comes with the halfcut... smile.gif

i dont have any pic of mine in my pc...just got the engine changed 3 months ago...all in the phone...got no cable to transfer...may be later...sory wink.gif

hai guys...wanna ask...can our slk run on RON95 petrol...have anyone tried b4...how about turbos...just want 2 know bout power and f/c by using this grade of petrol...soon RON97 will price around RM2 per liter...want 2 save the money 4 upgrading... smile.gif

thanz for the info...never tried to run mine on RON92/95...lil affraid of engine knocking...besides the petrol station that selling RON95 are only at putrajaya if im not mistaken...far away fm my house...

nixZorus...did u install the oil cooler for ur L9...wonder the effect after a long journey...

im planning to get 1 too...for engine oil...i heard theres a adapter dat have a thermostat in it...its working like in radiator cooling system...it will pass the engine oil to the cooler if the oil is hot enuf...so the oil will be on efficient temp for all the time...is there a such thing?

seems like u want to play n/a...viva engine is a way better than kelisa or storia...it has dvvt even for 660cc right...better power n torque n f/c...my frens viva 1.0L auto can go side by side with my L5 (standard)... drool.gif

owh...i have the downpipe upgraded to stainless steel + waste pipe (blow in) and manual boost controller (ball bearing + spring check valve...set to 1.0 bar)...the engine respond is impressive and times take the turbo to spool is SUPER ULTRA FAST... rclxm9.gif rclxms.gif

the cheapest one i ever heard is rm20++..at federal motorspot, kuantan...my fren use it and the result, the engine now easy to start...

can if only the engine is carburator turbo...better get a hulfcut without bodypart...u need the wiring and computer box to make the engine running...i think theres an engine kosong that come with wiring n computer...will set u around rm1k...u can use back ur gearbox, drive shaft, brake...am i right sifu...

btw the balancing and alignment still ok.. just that the tyres worn so fast..

thats not normal since u said just once in a while pushing the paddle to the floor...im using the turbo-ed engine since march...its been 4 months already...my tyres have more than 70% thread...i changed the tyres on dec last year if im not mistaken...n using mine average 3-4k km per month...

those shop can do ma...but i think the rear tyre need an alignment only when u change the arm...u can see from behind there r two nut connecting the arm 2 chassis...those for cluster adjustment...

im using air cool...i think its around tht price...and rm150 for front windscreen...total around rm450...i got 2 cars with air cool...both the cheapest tint at air cool...compared to my brothers car (not tinted)...the temp of my car is a lot cooler...
