ahtiven, you mean you got the entire rebirth set like you said? amazing!

Castro, The Van Anime Version Shield Liger was just release recently. Todate the other release adapted from the anime is Iron Kong Schwartz driven by Karl Shubaltz.

The colors are different on Vans Shield liger compared to the NJRs. Also came with a DVD containing scenes from the anime.

About the Iron Kong, i only painted the absorbers and hoses gold and silver. The rest are panel line to highlights the details and curves. The rest are original colors. Anyway ive improved it quite abit by shading the cut sprue marks so that it wont show on close ups.

I think its about 500g - 1kg there about.

Hopefully it can be fixed without any hassle bro.

On the other hand, I dropped my Death Stinger while cleaning... and broke his left claw.  cry.gif

Gotta buy a plastic glue today. sighs..

Haha, I have to say it's probably the first time I've ever seen a robotic ape giving someone the finger.

So, probably a stupid question, but I couldn't really find anything that seemed like an answer in my searches,

Are the Zoids neoblox and legend series much smaller sizes than the regular tomy and hasbro model kits I've gotten so accustomed to?
*
I would not compare them by the size but the building structure. It mainly uses ball joints and uses little or no caps. Snap and fit type. Blox was introduce sometime ealier before Fuzors anime came about, hence somebody came out with the bright idea of combining blox to the regular zoids to enhance appearances.

So regardless of size, they still wouldn't quite fit into a large zoids montage? Just curious as this site I'm poking through has a few zoids I like, but they're blox and legend series, didn't know if I could sneak them into my collection without it looking too silly, Guess I'll skip it for the time being.
*
I would probably fit Lagend bloxes and those blox that are from the Fuzors anime into my collection. In my opinion the rest are just too weird looking.

Zoidbliss - With a single arm the joint won't hold the chicken's weight. I have to experiment a little with the leg position maybe if i can raise it a little higher or use both arms it will probably hold.

Yea most likely with molga and the chicken. I will experiment it tomorrow.

Really happy with how the Iron Kong is designed. It really didnt sway away from the regular tomy's design which is good. Really gonna wait for that IK PK.

I  thought the Koto chain bases are stackable? i really need to set aside a budget to buy these bases.  laugh.gif
they really make the zoids display better.  nod.gif  and Ed, you're the one going around poisoning us with your pics!  laugh.gif
*
the problem now is difficulty in obtaining these bases. I belief they ran out. The chain base 1 2 & 3 doesn't stack properly with 4 5 and 6 and now they came out with mobile base7 8 and 9 i belief. The hardest to get now are the first releases which i think i need about 10 sets to display all the HMMs which will cost me $$$$$$$$$$$

I am contemplating to built my recently acquired OJRs... Iceblazer, gul tiger, king liger and DX base. They are very tempting. Dont know which angle to look at....value or collection? or collection and value?

I'm not looking for any caps really, I just tend to lose a cap or two to stretching when I take a model apart, as it is I still have a number of spares, but I know if I went through all of my Zoids I would run out of caps and probably be a few short.

Just saying if there was somewhere I could literally buy trees of caps, and cheap, I would go nuts, get a bunch, and re-do everything.
*
there aren't many cap sellers out there. YOu might be able to find some OJR caps on YJA or sometimes Ebay zoids junk lots. lol

Nope, Gil Vader is the black one, not the one they went to Sky City with. You must've missed that bro. It was just a glimpse of 2-3 seconds.

OJR caps are harder to come by, best is to post on the Scraps and Parts request thread in ZP/Pheno.

Check out eBay every now and then, pile of misc Zoids parts tend to show up, I think.
*
really?!?!? man that was like 3 years ago since i watch it. Will watch it again.

no its not made of resin... its plastic without colors added when moulding. It is a test shot zoids meaning prototype before its goes to mass production.

I got the feeling this is going to be a HMM year. I am eagerly waiting for Red Horn followed by Iron Kong PK and hopefully Deathsaurer or Gojulas!
