damn the red horn is fantastic! I mean the box i mean everything about it!
Oh ya the HMM Blade Liger AB is already out in Japan. HMM AB Not sure if anyone see this yet, notice the the PK parts and the drill up was kitbashingly attached, very nice quite proportion as well. I too notice its similar size to the orginal TOMY Iron Kong. HMM Iron Kong I was surprised to see how big the box is. Very happy that i got this last box from XL Mid valley. Well.... kindredd got it for me. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This post has been edited by EDMAESTRO: Dec 22 2009, 12:39 AM |

QUOTE(riderTEKRAN @ Dec 22 2009, 09:56 AM) Awesome grab, Sir Edmaestro! As of lately he hasn't made any addition to his Zoids collection. Now, just where are you going to keep the box? Can I have it to frame up, please? On a side note - is bro Kindredd still playing with Zoidos? His playroom was really *wow*! BUT he is the master among modellers, so he's pretty much into model kits for now. Saw his major haul on Scopedogs, Gundams, macross etc. |

zoidsbliss you are right, the dramatic release of the HMM lines really makes me wanna learn how to model my zoids. I only do minor painting here and there that too did have advantage so that it wont look too plain. BUT i hope i could do more like Air brush or something and thats another department which needs hefty investments. Tools and paints etc cost alot according to modelling friends.
Anyway i am planning another LYN Zoids Gathering, this will be our 4th meeting. I intend to wait until Revoltech Zoids is release as well as the rest of the HMMs at least we can share the appearance of these zoids infront of our eyes. What you guys think? |

QUOTE(zoidbliss @ Dec 22 2009, 05:48 PM) Power grabs Ed! I got an MIB King Liger and willing to sell my OJR at a much affordable price. The reissue is RM80..... I'm not sure about it's accuracy, but from here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Revoltech judging from the trend of couple of Revoltech releases a month, Revoltech Blade Liger will probably be released March/April earliest, so if you want to wait till it's released, then it's still at least 3 months away. Ummm... i think there about that we should hold the gathering. I was thinking of having time to built the 4 HMMs i have plus the HMM holotech Shield Liger parts. I have yet to find a decently priced HMM Shielf Liger now. Also chinese new year break, come to think of it March or april is the best time. I also want to give an opportunity for outstation zoiders to be here which i have met and eager to be in the gathering. Every year we grow on head counts, so i hope 2010 4th gathering will be better than 2009. Not forgetting Mechadioz attendance will bring much delight in our eyes..... his chromies project. Free gifts.... again but i will have to look for sponsors again. This post has been edited by EDMAESTRO: Dec 22 2009, 08:43 PM |

Hi there Castro, welcome to the Zoids Thread. You definitely have a decent collection there not to mention a nice display cabinet. I agree with you that zoids are meant to be built and not kept in boxes. I too sometimes forego the boxes and buy them built. I dont mind not having the boxes or manual at all.
Ok, so you are here to ask if anyone is interested to buy you zoids? I'm not really clear |

Nice display cabinet comparing to mine! There isn't anything that is made wall to wall display is there in the market?
Just a little update on my IK Built. Im left with the arms and legs then will do panel lining and some painting. The size is humungous comparing the from the other HMMs. Really interesting built as well. This post has been edited by EDMAESTRO: Dec 28 2009, 09:40 AM |

you drove back and forth total of 4 hrs for zoids?! AWESOME! Yea its sad to see people letting go their precious classics but fortunately his mum wanted to keep some for old time sake. BUT still those are great grabs and worth the time traveled for them since it is so hard to find them now well at least in their boxes.

Im pretty much done with IK HMM. Just few panelining, painting and stickering! hahaha Anyway what bothers me about this IK is that the "absorbers" has to be painted gold and silver. Why cant they pre-painted it like those form ShielD ligers and Command wolfs. Oh about the 6th toe... its kinda like extras if u want them attached. I also found out that it has a 6th finger... well not exactly, there is this hidden tiny little finger which serves no purpose, but its hard to tell that its there. I might be able to show the complete product tomorrow.
It took me about 5 days with 6 hours each to complete. I would say its not too difficult but manageable but caution.... READ the bubble highlights on the manual carefully. This post has been edited by EDMAESTRO: Dec 29 2009, 01:23 AM |
