We bring in everything in bulk quantity to minimize the shipping cost, thus we would need more time to repack and weight each and every parcels carefully in order to provide you the affordable price range always. However, since everything come with big boxes with the company's name as the recipient, our parcels often get retention by Malaysian Custom, it will be a long process to negotiate until the items finally released by them.
Appreciate if you could give us more time and we apologize for the delay.

Bad bad news, KLIA Custom said all parcels will be on queue now and only release after 20th September, because most of the Custom's people are on Raya holiday... damn, really speechless!!!

Nendo BRS hasn't send out yet, it will leave Japan within this week.

Very very sorry, it's the best one that condition still remain good, all other Junjou's boxes are dented!
I believe this is due to the long retention at custom and there are other heavy boxes put on top of it during the retention period.
Anyway, we deeply apologize for the dented box.
