n i set it to always online
so 500mb is not enough for me
so i call 1300 820 120 n ask
can i upgrade to 3gb package if i use up my quota bt the session pass is not expired yet
the cs at the end told me no problem
so i use up my quota n try to buy the 3gb package
unsuccessful

i asked how come no ppl inform me
then told me need to wait additional 14 days for the refund

since i report i got the reference number
