er..im trapped in this situation.

i got myself the 5 months contract, free 3G modem package from maxis last month. paid rm150 for everything for the contract and got my modem with the simcard. from my own understanding, it is unlimited 3G for me, but once it reaches 1.5GB quota, i suffer the speed loss.i dun mind.

however, it's 1 month then, and i received this invoice to my fixed address, so i check online again..same statement.



my question is:
1) i tot it is a 1 time hassle package, where rm150 for 5months is the contract..how come still got unpaid value there?
2) isn't it unlimited usage till 1.5GB or FOC surfing with speed loss then?
3) anyone can explain to me how i elaborate this statement?

What is PostAid? or is it Postpaid that i should be concern about?

well I went to maxis center to register a postpaid line 2 weeks ago. It is the Value First Plan (RM30/month)
until now i have not activated my line yet, is it possible for me to terminate my line now?

(becos according to them, i must use at least 6 months before i terminate my line)

Please check your bill on Page 2,Summary to avoid confuse.This page just for your reference to show how they charge.If Page 2 shows u need to pay RM166 + then it is big deal.Otherwise, it is already stated on the Page 2.

About my caller ringtone, i got this message today.

Your callerringtone(s) will be renewed on 30/06/2010 @ rm2/song. To cancel dial *100# select music.

I went there and deleted the caller ringtone, will i still be charged the rm3 monthly access? I cannot find how to disable it completely.

i wanna ask about maxis, if i take value basic rm30 plan+ rm48 data plan, the rm30 one does it include voice calls and sms? i wanna ask normally the speed is like how much?

hi hotlink prepaid user here.

would like to ask how much charge for hotlink 3G activation? i activated 3G just now and browsed a few wap pages (which i believe their sizes are under 2Kb) and checked my remaining credits. i got RM3 reducted!

i checked it again after i reboot my mobile, strange i got Rm1 credited into my account. ie total reduction is Rm2.

the charges is kinda ridiculous as i believe 10kb = 10 cents.. is there any itemised bill where i can check?

Added on June 28, 2010, 5:51 pmupdate: i checked my credits again and it futher increased another 30 cents. which means in total i got RM1.7 deducted. not sure later will it increase again or not.

does hotlink charge a certain amount first then credit back to us?

maybe u think its 2KB maybe its more than that?

u calculate if 10KB its 0.10 means RM3 about 300KB

no.. i am pretty sure those wap pages are at most at 5kb. because it was all texts without any images. furthermore the texts are less than 500 alphabets.

maybe it was some auto update programs in my phone. nevertheless would like to ask is there any itemised billing around for hotlink so i can check. digi has it.
