I have not test driven the Exora yet, but two days ago I saw an Exora from a standstill point can zoom so fast until even a waja could not keep up the pace.
So is it really underpower?

Many things has been said about the Exora but just to add a couple of my own comment:

The doors does not give a thumping sound although I must say the metal is tough.
Opening and closing still not smooth, the Waja issue still exist. Looks like "The same Door Engineer".....
and lastly please please wrap up the steering with some leather, that single cheap thing takes away all the other good things about the vehicle.

Hi, I already tested exora yesterday..

During Taman Pinji Perdana, Ipoh mini festival, they brought one proton dealer and let people to test one proton exora test drive unit.

I've tested twice, 1st with 3 people inside ( me and 2 promoters ) , and 2nd with 3 pakcik ,2 makcik and a teenager.

So far I can say that there is no such thing as underpower issue when full loaded, the acceleration is just about the same as my 1st test, and maintain stable when cornering.

it also has 55m radius turning which is awesome.

Comparing with Innova, exora is a bit spacious whereas I dont really bend my body when getting inside the car ( passanger seat )

also some extra features like wiper sensor ( wiper will wipe until no water left ) and etc

sorry for my noob comment, but all I can say that proton exora is definitely a good buy for people who are looking for budget mpv yet good performance. I myself changed my mine from nissan sentra to proton exora after testing it myself smile.gif Personally I think it is much better than innova and avanza

looking forward to hear review about the car performance when climbing genting/ cameron with full load, as 3 promoters that i'va asked failed to answer this.

My parents are thinking of getting this car to replace the Myvi. Oh god I love manual but they wanted to change it to auto.  doh.gif

The good news is though, me and my friends like to travel and the Myvi can be quite frustrating with a load of luggage and 5 people inside. This might be my new party vehicle.  laugh.gif  i just got rid of my P so I think I'm gonna look for a test drive.

Proton punya power windows all got problem one. That's why I prefer to use the classic style, than go and pasang door panel with power windows. Waste money and giving you more headache.

in the brochure say if a foreign thing like screwdriver goes in the keyhole...it will spin with the screwdriver
only the correct key will open the door
