What you need to do is to create a fake APN profile.

Please go to Troubleshooting at http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1061070 for information on the APN. Once you've created the fake APN, U should be able to disable Edge.

On a separate note, I've just activated my Unlimited 3G Data Package... am going to start testing it right this moment !

I don't seem to be having much problems connecting to YouTube on WiFi! Just tried it and it works. However, after reading all the posts here, I'm beginning to wonder if my connection went into 3G from WiFi - how do I check?

PS: The WiFi icon was still visible throughout the test

Just tried it on WiFi on Airplane Mode.. YouTube works on my unit
