ok ... problem solved.. when i check ... at cities.. i have the map of malaysia

however .. i was standing in front my haus under the sky like s*hai for 5mins ... still the gps shows searching satellite ... anyone knows why ??

anything to turn on in the phone setting ??

@omnian please avoid using this word in this thread, it was illegal

malsing maps is free map can use for garmin. not need code. only gold version need.

It will take quite some time to lock on satellite if it is the first time you're using it.

If you've a wifi or don't mind paying for GPRS data connection, then start the Enhanced GPS and download the XTRA data from your server. This will speed up the satellite lock.

u using which version garmin software?
about the map u can try look at in garmin software:
tools>manage my data>Map Sets. click on the details maps, itwill show the detail of map if it working fine.

try update ur XTRA data file under enhanced GPS in your omnia setting.this help faster locking of satelite.

wow..nice thread...wanna ask something....any solution to change the sms system to be like normal phone ....what i mean i dont wan it to be in conversation form...i wan it to chg back like how nokia or any other phone works where each msg ( even from the same person) is separated into 2 different messages. i tried 'Disable threaded sms without editing registry' programme but i dont know whether is it what i wan..cause it still seems the same to me. Any help?

I can disable the threaded sms without problem..
but need to soft reset first..

@the kidz, yea, use advance config, but sometimes advance confix doesnt save it for some reason. if it doesnt work, go back the old fashioned registry edit method

It is special for Omnia. I use it, nice. can switch between both without soft reset and no have bug. fixed bug that no sms tone.

it is freeware, all credit to MoDaCo.
it was a cab file but i zip it for upload here.
move the cab to ur omnia then install anywhere u like.

it was a .rar file. rename the file extension from .txt to .rar to unzip it.

LYN can't uplload .rar or .cab file...

Hi guys,

I recently notice a problem (sort of), my data connection doesn't auto-disconnect sometimes even after I set the "auto-disconnect after xx seconds" using Advanced Configuration Tool 3.3
Is there something I'm missing?
Currently on QBUS M2D ROM DXIA5. Previously on Turk's, I haven't got this problem.
