I purchased a unit on floor 17 at the start of construction, and recently I am having problems getting the developer/sales team to reply to any emails. Has anybody else had problems with poor communication?

I hope to be in KL Nov. to take possesion but no news from developer ....

just pay a visit there, the ceiling height at 10 floor is around 16feet.....so high, blink.gif

i wonder how they going to take their curtain down for cleaning. sweat.gif

Visited the tower.
Parking circulation is real cramped due to the limited space.
Visitor and shop/office car park is at the first 3 levels.
As a tenant/owner, you need to drive all the way to 4th level before you could reach your car park.
Some tenant/owner might need to drive even higher.
going through the narrow path way, it just doesn't feel good.
