Randy couture is definately on HGH (Human growth hormone)...
this is for speedy recovery + helps joints etc... Unlike anabolic steroids, HGH is trickier to test.... so Randy can get away with it. It sucks to know our hero are all depending on drugs, but with the level of competition at hand, it's no surprise. This is reality. source |

I went to TNT kick boxing the other day in hartamas, the instructor dam effin rude...
He chased me out after 5 mins saying they only allow ppl to see see for 5 minutes...... but during the time i was there, all i saw was how they warmup with stretching etc.... it's exactly same like taekwondo..... didn't get chance to see how they train kickboxing, they halau me wtf..... damn effin rude. |
