i think max is a person's natural weight + 2 weightclass... anything more or less is crazy.. to move up 1 weight class is normal.. 2 is max...

Yup, Khoo Meng Yang "The Red Dragon" and another good kickboxer, my friend, Alex Lim trains in TNT. Their coaches/advanced level trains hard like a typical competition kickboxing gym. But normal students normally do bags, padworks and mitts, not sure they spar or not.

BTW, u all knw any good sports doctor to recommed? i nit urgently, last sat, i practice free sparring,try to throw straight punch, over-extended my shoulder and got dislocated, sigh... now my right shoulder very pain everytime i move my hand, like cacat n weak edi... i think hav to go operation edi...

I have had a lot of shoulder dislocation problems too from playing basketball...
but ever since i quited basketball and picked up bodybuilding, i find that strengthening my shoulders
helped tremendously..... Now i dun suffer that dislocation pain/symptoms anymore.

At first it was hard lah, i can barely Military Press 5kg...
Now i can Military Press a good 50kg.
