u got watch street fighter: the legend or cung le? i watched it that day and its like matrix:reloaded, that disappointed me

im into taekwondo for 1 year++ , i am regret for that cuz my flexibility is fixed right now cuz of too old to train MA, very hard to increase my flexibility right now, i always like to spar. During my jujitsu class, the instructor allows us to spar with gloves and headgear protector(hard plastic with mask) and hitting in the head is no pain at all instead of some vibrations.

i dunno if im in ur weight category or perhaps u can find a place to spar in a friendly environment then i will be very appreciate..

Anyone training in MMA here? Or BJJ?

im 82kg, ermm every sunday early morning I'll be exercising at a small taman at SS2. There got some ppl practice Tai Chi and Wushu. Is it ok? Just let me know if u r coming and bring a lightweight gloves will do as I only have 1 if not i've to borrow frm my dojang. If possible dun wear any uniform will do, but dun worry, just a frenly spar...

Tournament, errr, I think will compete this year world tournament but nit to qualify first at state level first (hopefully can ler), if succeed then only go to world stage maybe be held this coming July at Pavilion KL. Its WORLD TOURNAMENT, all TKD pro from GTF Global... can watch free...
