its weird that SW wave 11 came out (at TRU)but no sign of Wave 9..Leia in slave outfit is so freaking awesome..need to buy 3 of her ..

Even with new wave coming out i still can't find an AT-AT pilot or Han Solo in full trooper suit.

I picked up Cobra Commander last weekend, and he's so cool as an action figure. the mask can be removed (with some peeling) to show the disfigured face! I saw the MARS trooper preview set is now on clearance at RM49.90. Not too bad deal. But did they appear in the movie?

These were available at Klang Valley TRUs 2-3 weeks ago for 29.90 so IMO too much of a mark-up.

well,i suppose there's been more restock since the time when collectors here were hunting for him.

Darkshadow, yup there was a restock close to the start of the 29.90 offer and they were sitting on the pegs in most of the TRUs initally since most ppl got theirs already, of course the seller could easily be someone who bought it during the 39.90 price and now just wants to sell it off.

So far i hardly see any restocks in any shops. Last restock i saw was 2 weeks ago.

there arent any SE at TRU outlets at my place, regardless of wave 1 or wave 3.though there're been several restocks of wave 1's version. as ppl just kept buying him.

if every Joe collector can find Arctic SE now ,selling at rm29.90 ,then that's great..
but for those who couldn't and dont mind paying extra .considering its SE we're talking bout here,then the link i provided should help.that is if you guys are interested.

Well, the thing is, from my point of view is that the majority of those selling on ebay Malaysia the current joe stuff tend to be people who just pick the stuff up specifically for resale on Ebay, thus depriving actual people of buying the stuff they want, it's a big difference when you sell stuff that came out a year ago or longer or even never showed up in Malaysia, unfortunately, particularly in the Klang valley, there are ppl whose sole purpose is to check out TRUs etc, take the hot stuff purely to immediately sell it on Ebay for a higher mark up which is why I'm against buying any current available stuff there as it tends to encourage these types of ppl. Personally as a collector, if I bought something locally in the last six months or so and unless it is a chase/convention exclusive figure and suddenly decided I didn't want it, I'ed resell at the retail price or less. Anything else somewhat appears to me to indicate a scalper.

even so, not much people have CS SE. I even check ebay but no one from malaysia is selling it. most of them are americans.

IMO don't blame the scalpers, they are not doing anything illegal. Blame Hasbro for not bringing in enough stocks. if they brough in enough it would discourage the practise of scalping. Somemore some people buy 4 or 5 of the same figures for collection. So blame the distributing network.
