if you're stickin to Gatsby then maybe try the Technical Clay (coal black color packing) of Moving Rubber series. I had not try it before i hopped to other brands. My fav Moving Rubber was pink color which is flexible i like using it as foundation after hair drying (technically its stated stronger than grey and purple color IINM)

I'm currently using Joico molding clay and the holding / lasting strength is sufficient. Was actually thinking to get Sebastian Craft Clay and i heard it turned greasy and less holding power after rename of product.

Anyhow, hair spray is a must

Yup tried Moving Rubber before (Grey) and it was too weak for my hair...I needed a lot to style my hair. The regular size one lasted me around 2 weeks.

seriously i never apply anything on my hair coz i dont like my hair to smell funny. i also hate the idea of putting oily shiat on my head.

can suggest any hair gel that is UNSCENTED and LESS OILY ? i just need to maintain the simple WET look, without having any funny smell. too bad tap water didnt last long.

I ended up getting Osis Mess Up Matt Gum. It got quite a few raves on this thread but I am disappointed with it TBH. When initially applied it made my hair look really nice and held the style well..2-3 hrs later and its over...my fringe starts to fall and I got to restyle again. Luckily I got the Osis Mess Up for RM28 only. phew.

Anyone tried the Osis Flexwax or Marsh Mellow before ? I'm not giving up on Osis just yet.

How about Osis Rough Up? Most long lasting Osis product currently as i heard. Nevertheless I asked the shop person which one between Joico and Rough Up tend to hold / last stronger and she recommended Joico.

Do you use a hairspray to finalise your hairstyle

I don't.

I just use minimal amount of wax to hold the shape. Anything more will make my hair heavy and fall.

I wish my hair could be like that. My hair is extremely hard and straight...so hard that a single strand of hair can pierce the skin like a wood splinter. No joke...it just happened to me this morning. I had to use a tweezer to get it out of my palm.

What shampoo do you use? And how often do you shampoo?
Is your hair damaged? Or is it like that naturally?

My hair is very healthy actually...the thickness and hardness is natural.

Is there anyway to keep ur hairstyle same like after u bathing?
i like the hairstyle i make after i bath(probably because it is moist)...but cant keep for long duration because when it dry,it looks different and ugly)...

Or is there any way to keep the moisture in my hair because my hair is quite dry and rough...

i dun like hair gel because it is dry and hard...it make my hairstyle diff when i applied on it...make my hair drop(flatten)...

anyone can recommend me some spray(lazy use gel) to maintain my hair shape for long duration?

plz include brand and price if possible...

thanks you guys...

some example of the hairstyle i like

What you need is a WAX or a Clay.

I used all the time.

This is the best hairspray I ever use compare to shitty Gatsby hairspray.

The good is:
-Cheap !!!! RM8 per unit. I always get 3 units for RM20. Cheers.
-Strong hold
-easy to use and spray

The bad is:
-It smell good for the 1st time you use, but your toilet/room could smell the spray. The smell too kuat already.
