mine can allign perfecly...u drill one hole...then mount your fan with one hole only....then u just need to drill other 3 hole through the fan hole(after drill screw first the 2nd hole before drill 3rd hole and 4th)...walaaa...perfectly allign...if u mark the board it will be hard to drill becoz the drill bit will move lil bit when u start drilling...hope this help coz mine is perfect

when drilling holes. make sure u use smaller bit. the smallest u can find, drill a hole as making. when u enlarge it, the bit wouldnt move around. small bit more precise.

you could get some clear white acrylic panels to mod your side panel
there's 1 hardware shop near me selling .. minimum 2ft x 1ft x 5mm thick = RM2.50 but for a clean circular cut requires a holesaw ... i've trouble finding 120mm and 80mm ones ... however they had 127mm ones .. funny |
