I actually checked out some of the restaurants. My friends and I went to Boathouse shortly after the article was published in the star newspaper. The Boathouse service is ok...but there is 1 waitress who is reluctant to serve us becoz we have our dogs with us. We asked for a table inside the restaurant becoz sitting outside will be very hot and distracting for the dogs as there will be ppl walking around and cars passing by. She wouldnt let us sit inside, thts the part where we felt weird. They have a shih tzu inside the restaurant and she is reluctant to give us a table inside. Then I asked again for a table inside, then another waiter showed up and quickly offer us a place to sit inside the restaurant. The waitress showed us a "black face" throughout the dinning time. During the dinner i saw the owners of the restaurant, they were friendly , so i do not know whether it was the waitress problem or was there actually some misunderstanding when they say tht its a pets friendly cafe. Becoz if i am happy with sitting outside then i my as well juz go to those hawker centers or mamak stalls and i wouldnt need to pay for an expensive meal outside a restaurant. As for Palate Palette restaurant, my friend wanted to organize a birthday party there , after going to the boathouse i told my friend to ask properly where our tables will be as we will be bringing dogs as well. they told us that we will be sitting outside as well. O.o then we asked cant we have a table inside? because it will be hot for every1 including the guest. Then they told us that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. So they will put a table for us outside and we will have to tie the dogs somewhere with us outside. Then wat is the differents between goin to those chinese hawker centers and mamak stalls or starbucks. I really feel tht they need to think properly and ask the newspaper to state properly that dogs are only allowed outside the restaurant like other hawker centers, chinese restaurant, some mamak stalls (non-muslim), or starbucks / other open air dinning places. They should also state that they are not different from these other food areas as the treatment is also the same. Then we canceled the booking at the Palate Palatte. Haiz....its disappointing to actually wan to bring your furkids to have a nice time with them for a meal when we were told that we have to sit outside..the 1st thing that comes to our mind is why do we have to pay so much to sit outside, where we can also have the same treatment and a decent meal at other places which are much cheaper. This is my friends and my point of view. Maybe if you guys are interested to go, you can try it out if you guys dont mine paying so much and sitting outside in the open air like other food centers/ restaurants/ yum cha places. hahahaha we were quite frustrated at tht time though But i heard that Sid's Pub is a better place and much more friendlier.

Just do some precaution lo.....ahahaha we will be spraying flea spray for my boys before going out...hopefully they can get to avoid those fleas after going out to the park. Sometimes maybe the park has the fleas and not other dogs...so its better to do some precaution measures.

We bought Kenji from the owner(petshop) of Shiro. Shiro is kenji brother. They are both from the same father. He is nice to hug...but he is very naughty....

We really enjoyed the gathering...Kenji and Bebe are very tired, right after their bath they doze off to sleep hahahaa......thank you Winnie for organizing this gathering....and we will always remember BoyBoy is a fighter...hahahhaha

Hahahah Ya...Shiro is very nice...he is a pure white Ms and so is Kenji...They both have cropped ears. Shiro's coat is very shiny and white...hahaha hopefully Kenji will be like tht as well..

haha its ok... let my bebe (who wear a blue t-shirt,mix breed and special among others, lol) have some "lesson" also good kekeke... he always like to lick others dog's private part.. like a cleaner

mayb next time i will ask my fren bring his pom go mix around also haha..but his dog very timid one like pepper kekeke

haha.. Pepper keep running away from being chase by Kenji and crawl to Winnie for protection..haha. but this is what made Pepper cute next time i may try carry her kekeke

Wow !!! really nice pictures.....hahahaha it was a fun day, but its very hot yesterday...and when the gathering was over O.o it rained on our way back....hahaha lucky it did not rain earlier...

Hahaha ic.... luckily Kenji and Bebe nv did that before if not sure will kena kau kau from me...haiz....Kenji now always simply pee and poo in the house..Bebe always poo and pee in his cage....so hard to train Kenji...

i just check kenji pet food brand... during tat day gathering got someone ask me what brand he eating.. he eating "fitness linea trainer" brand.. recommend by Pets 4 u petshop owner.. i think is Milky owner ask me right?

Hahaha Why need to pity..Its not that we are torturing him ma hahahaha. His fur will grow back very soon and it is getting longer day by day...by the way Kenji's look is called the HorseCut.... its actually something new for MS(because it is not a common style to all yet)....but actually from the petshop where we bought Kenji, It is a really "hit"/ stylish trend for MS especially White MS(the style existed quite long already i think), It looks cool, some even dyed the color of the fur to make it look more like a Punk Look. It also depends on whether you can accept it anot... maybe some will find it weird, but me and my gf loves it, we will give him the same cut again later on....we will alternate between the normal MS cut and the Horsecut, hopefully there will be more new hair styles for our furkids. hahahha we as human also like to do a lot of stuff on our hair, so sometimes our furkids do need something "special" to define their personality hahaha and this haircut really defines Kenji in everyway hahaha especially when he chased other furkids around.

Added on April 15, 2009, 2:23 amHaha Thanks. Kenji is the smaller white MS, the slightly bigger 1 is Milky. Kenji might look yeng but he is really very naughty(always) and manja (sometimes). Milky on the other hand is much more gentle compared to Kenji. I think you could still do it, but do consult your vet 1st before deciding. When we bought Kenji his ears and tail are already cropped. So we do not know much about it.

Hahaha fully uncropped is something new as well....1st time saw it on fatty... hahaha its really a very rare style but it does defines some of fatty's personality there.

Wire coat means that the fur is very rough? hahaha Kenji's fur is very soft.

Nice look for Wawa.....Wawa really has a really thick and nice fur....looks really good for the horsecut..

This case is almost similar to Bebe's 1. Bebe has bad breath which smells like a dead fish / something dead. His teeth are yellowish at some part. I consulted a vet about his condition. They say the bad smell is due to the food that got stuck in the teeth. After a long period of time it will cause bad breath and also yellowish teeth. He recommend me to bring Bebe for scaling (cleaning the teeth) but normally vet will inject some like anesthetic them to make them sleep/pengsan a while then after the procedure is done he will be ok. But i heard that the injection is not good for our furkids, the vets personally told me, and advice me to find other vet of groomers who knows how to do it and does not need to inject Bebe. So i found another vet in Puchong who will use the gas type before doing the procedure. The vet also say that if it is not a serious case its better not to do the procedure if the vet use the injection type. I am still thinking of whether wanting to bring Bebe there for the scaling. hahaha i hope my experience can help you in someway.

Wow....suddenly got debate about cropping ears and tails and the horsecut style. hahaha its ok la....whoever likes it can do it. whoever dont then dont do it lo...hahha dont have to be so sensitive in this matter. By the way after Kenji got the cut he is more much active compared to before the horsecut. So my gf and i assume that he loves it as much as we do. hahaha by the way we dont think that he is a clown / look like a clown. we also do understand that our furkids have feelings and actually quite a lot of ppl like this horsecut style too when they saw Kenji hahaha they think he is very yeng, cool and leng chai. Maybe after you try it you might like it. Daphne dun always think about the negative side, sometimes think about the positive side about these matters then sooner or later you can get to accept it and you will understand why ppl wan to crop the ears n tails and also give them a horsecut. Yes, you may wan to be different. Like Fatty, she is a good example of having her own looks that suit her personality. So chill, hahahha its just a matter of style and how ppl perceive it. Sry if i offended any1.

O.o he/she really has a big prob. maybe you should tell him/her that you love it and its your furkid's personality.
