AFAIK = as far as i know

as for illegal software, i believe they're adopting a "don't ask don't tell" policy, if you read the regulations. they don't support it, and will screw you if they find it, but will not be actively searching for it.

the games might be provided, as you see from teh list of sponsors there are 4 game distros representing all the popular franchises (eclub for valve, smm for blizz, gamers.com.my for EA, newera for activision). but dont take my word for it, i'm just speculating.

oh i see... hahaa thanks for replying my questions XD

QUOTE(Invince_Z @ Mar 16 2009, 06:47 PM)
btw, for he record breaking event:
01. we only need to bring our own casing + hardware inside rite? no need monitor etc?
02. what about muslims?
03. the games...we are allowed to play any game during the event? whatever game we would like to?
*
A1 - Yes and no. Yup, recording breaking = Bring Your Own Computer (BYOC) = Bawa Komputer Anda Sendiri. No, I don't know about the monitor part.
A2 - Each one hour, you are given 5 minutes break, which you can accumulate. I would say you smartly collect these five minutes, you should have no worries about makan, solat etc.
A3 - I've no freaking idea about this too.

QUOTE(sawakita9 @ Mar 16 2009, 08:17 PM)
Q1 - i am still wondering about this. can we join lan party and tourney together?
Q2 - just need to bring our own cpu only rite? how about the cable? are they going to provide the monitor for us?
*
A1 - I explained this before, you can check previous posts. AFAIK, it's NO.
A2 - I answered above as well. All the vital cables, I'm sure you have to bring them yourself....most probably they provide the LAN cable and a power plug, that's all.

actually there's a pdf file outlining what to bring, but i'm not entirely sure if its valid since its even recommended to bring your own favourite chair tongue.gif

i believe its at mygozone, which you can access a link from Multiplay.

from whats written in the document, you need ALL your hardware, which includes monitor, keyboard, mouse etc. hopefully they can start confirming the details with us soon.

@sawakita
my monitor is the same tongue.gif i'm using an old broken guitar stand (some cheapo one) to hold it, with my special comicbook powered tilt system wink.gif

lol, leave the speakers at home then, i'll lend you a pair of headphones wink.gif no mic though.

honestly though, its silly for them to even include the chair, even if its only a so called "guideline" (unless they were trying to be funny, even then it didnt work tongue.gif)
