as for illegal software, i believe they're adopting a "don't ask don't tell" policy, if you read the regulations. they don't support it, and will screw you if they find it, but will not be actively searching for it.
the games might be provided, as you see from teh list of sponsors there are 4 game distros representing all the popular franchises (eclub for valve, smm for blizz, gamers.com.my for EA, newera for activision). but dont take my word for it, i'm just speculating.
