OEM sets are not from razer.
they may be razer branded, but definitely not sold by razer.
so possibly could be taken / stolen directly from factory / recon sets / your guess is as good as mine.

i guess u are not the first guy who experience this... sometimes is the software, or it might be the keyboard problem because razer got issue on lycosa mirror.... try check software or re-plug in, or maybe restart pc, or see tomolo, lol.. if stil not working probably nid go RMA... good luck..

I think it's some software problem, I was able to start Winamp with the Play/Pause button but after reformatting the comp I was not able to do so anymore, I don't know what I did differently lol.
